We feel that anytime you are hiring someone to care for your elderly parents or clients you should verify information.

Including:
Verify they are bonded and insured.
Verify references.
Make sure the company screens their caregivers. They should perform thorough background checks looking at felony and misdemeanor conviction history, driving records, reference checks and previous employment verification.
